We offer custom made paintings, including customization, production and delivery services. Each painting is made using high quality wood and advanced printing techniques. Naturalmente Unico style is only printed in grayscale, not in color.

Paintings generally take 2 to 4 weeks to produce, depending on the complexity of the project. Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card and PayPal. A 50% deposit is required at the time of ordering, with the final balance due before shipping.

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 48 hours of confirmation. After this period, the deposit will be retained.

We only accept returns for damaged or defective products. Refunds will only be issued after the defect or damage has been verified.

Wood is a "living" and natural material, therefore cracks, color variations, knots and other imperfections are not considered defects but intrinsic characteristics that guarantee the uniqueness and exclusivity of the product. These peculiarities are not disputable especially by virtue of the surface layer of the panel which is made of reclaimed wood. The definition on a "wavy" surface such as that of wood cannot be claimed in the same way as a print on a smooth surface, therefore it is not disputable.

The customer is responsible for providing high quality images for printing and accurate details for personalization. Any errors caused by incomplete or inaccurate information are not covered by our warranty. They are not covered by our warranty if the customer has confirmed to us the printing of the file that we have deemed not to be of quality.

The images provided by the customers will be used exclusively for the production of the painting and will not be shared or used for other purposes without the consent of the customer. However, the image of the painting printed can be used as a portfolio.

Personal data provided by customers will be treated confidentially and used only for order-related purposes. We will not share information with third parties without the customer's consent.

​Any dispute will be resolved according to Italian law. In case of disputes, we are committed to finding an amicable solution before resorting to legal action.
